"I went in today to buy a major appliance. I already had the number and everything, I just needed someone to order it and take my money. After looking for someone to help, I ask the guy at the front if he could call some one. He was clearly having a bad day but said "I'll see if anyone is available". 10 minutes go by, and no one. I ask another employee and they said "I'll call someone"...10 more minutes go by. I ask another person, he says "I'll call someone". I tell him he's the third person to say that and no one has come. I tell him, I have the info already, so even though it's not his department, he finally helps me. It's insane that you have to try to chase someone down to give them money... It reminded me why I closed my account and started buying my appliances at Lowes. Guess I needed a refresher"

There was always a friendly staff member around. This visit yielded one inappropriate encounter: while we were looking at some phone equipment one of the associates, while talking to another associate, kept dropping the "F"-bomb to the point that my husband called him on it. The associate was very apologetic and a little embarrassed."
