"My freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling as of yesterday. I found Tom’s appliance this morning on Google and chose his business based on location and the reviews. I called first thin at 8am. He said he could be out between noon and 3pm. But he was able to make it to my place at 10:30am! Talk about speedy service. He was able to get it fixed within the hour. My fridge is 20 years old and I was worried that I’d have to buy a new one. But nope, Tom found the problem easily, had the part needed, he cleaned it up and defrosted and it’s working beautifully. He also gave me pointers on how to use the cold-coldest dial in the freezer (summer vs winter months). To top it all off, my other appliances are 20 years old as well but in good shape but nape gave me pointers on those too! He was friendly, informative, warm and very reasonably priced. I’ve found my repair man! So glad I called."
