Have already waited for almost 30 minutes for my SCHEDULED appointment then was told it would be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes. You make appointments to help schedule your day. Now I’m going to be late to another appointment. This is a very poor system and poor customer service. Makes me not ever want to purchase from Best Buy again if this is going to be how they conduct business. Paying for the additional service then poor service in return!!!"

"If there’s any line go somewhere else. You’ll be waiting for 15+ minutes watching them accomplish what seems to be nothing, thus making you extremely frustrated. It seems like they try to fix the problem on the spot instead of taking it to the back and letting you pick it up later. Makes absolutely no sense at all."

"Purchased a computer there yesterday for my company. Was told I could set up Office with my current subscription on the new PC. I had Office Personal so when I tried to set up a new user it copied all my files etc to my coworkers computer. I asked for help unlinking the computers. There will be a $99 charge for that over the phone or you can bring it in a we will do it complimentary since you just bought it yesterday. So I gotta take it all apart and drive 70 miles to avoid the minimum $99 charge. Thanks but no thanks I figured it out."
