"We called after midnight on Friday night. The person answering the phone took down the details and said a tech would be out in the morning. At about 6:45am I received a call verifying that we still wanted service. I told them that we did. The tech arrived at about 7:25am. Steven knows his stuff - down to what year the outside air conditioning unit was installed. He diagnosed the problem, changed out the part, added a little coolant, did the paperwork and was done by 7:45am.
