"This entire experience with this company has been terrible. My dryer’s heating element has gone out and I have warranty through Lowe’s and they have contracted this company to do the service for my dryer. Called Lowe’s on a Saturday and they assigned this guys, by Tuesday I had to personally call them to see if they were going to come out to look at the dryer. The lady answering their phones has a very unprofessional tone and seems to not care about how she speaks to people. I asked if they were going to be able to look at the dryer and they rescheduled me to the following Thursday between 11am-5pm. Thursday comes around and I haven’t heard anything passed lunch time I proceeded to call and the lady tells me she doesn’t know if when their person will get to my house as if she can’t make a simple call and at least try to figure something out. 4:30 comes by and they haven’t came to my house, their business hours are 5pm so assuming that they will not make it. At 4:55 the man taking a look at my dryer comes in and spends 2 minutes looking at the dryer and I’m hoping he’s a expert at these things because the “inspection” didn’t seem as in depth as I thought it would. Fast forward I’m waiting on parts and haven’t been giving any updates at all. I personally have to call to check for some update and I guess ordered parts don’t come with tracking numbers nor a call service to figure an estimate time of arrive. Hoping these guys see this review and try to improve their communication skills within the company and actually try to help people during the inconvenient times."

"Chris came to repair my refrigerator. He was able to call and allow me the time to meet him as I was at work. He was professional, efficient and educated me on my RO system. He repaired it quickly. I was so impressed with the service. My refrigerator is a whirlpool side by side and I have had it for almost 20 years. He identified the problem immediately and was able to repair it with a part he had on hand. I know right now in America getting parts is a big issue, I have waited 6 weeks for a bumper for my car. I am so pleased with Clark’s service. Great job Chris."

"Today Mr Clark and his staff were wonderful. They had what I needed to repair a 1982 oven/microwave (both were not working) it took a few trips to their store but they were accommodating and I got a little tech advice as well. They are also a longstanding local business which is of the utmost importance in Midland."

"Very unprofessional employees who want to do the bare minimum instead of putting in effort to complete the work. Office associate was yelling and speaking over me instead of actually listening to resolve the issue. We were told instead of them repairing the appliance, they will just drop it off to us for us to figure it out. Technician has come out multiple times to give excuses on why repairs can't be done instead of just completing the work. If you all do not want to complete your job properly and professionally, start a new business."

"Company failed to fix my refrigerator within an appropriate time frame. Was told a part for a refrigerator would take 5 days to come in and still took longer than a week. They never communicated with me, I had to keep calling them to have answers. They would answer the same day though. Save your time and money and go else where. We all need our refrigerator working and their time frame to fix one is not acceptable. I did indeed proceed to go to a different company to have my refrigerator fixed. So they kept my money for coming out and opening my refrigerator and unplugging it from the outlet. Just save yalls time and money!"
