Little Caesars Pizza

"Last 2 online orders have been wrong. I'm not able to have pepperoni and I've ordered the pretzel crust only cheese with cheese sauce. Both times they have delivered them with pepperoni. How hard is it to get that right? Will check from now on before I accept the pizza. Ugh."

"This is the third time I order online and it’s a simple cheese pizza it quotes me 10-15 min I give them like 30 min, I call ahead or time no one answers I get there it’s been almost a hours and they tell me they don’t have it ready but they can make it but it will take another 15 min . Why even order online if I still have to wait even more time once I get there ? No one wearing gloves, people wearing piercings and the two people in front and in back of us retiring wrong orders or missing items . After giving you guys a chance 3 times I rather take my business elsewhere."

"This location specifically is horrible. First bad experience was a few months ago, I agreed to wait the 15 min for some bread and was told they forgot about my order when I went in after waiting in my car for 30 min. Manager said she couldn’t know what was happening on both sides of the restaurant…but isn’t that her job? Most recently, I ordered online and went to pick up about 5/10 min after they said it was ready and it was not ready. I didn’t want to wait the extra time for some bread so asked to get a refund on the bread and they refunded the whole order, I was then told they can’t do a partial refund. This was told to me AFTER they cancelled my order. Apparently I’m supposed to know they’re policies that aren’t posted. B"
