"I bought a 3 piece comforter set that had only lasted me 3 months. I bought this set on 11/2023 and it has already tore in multiple places. I've had past comforter that had lasted longer than this one, I'm talking about years! Very unsatisfied since I did spend over $175 dollars. I really wanted to add the pictures of the condition of this comforter...very unsatisfied."

"One of the last surviving retail department stores of it's kind! It has been here forever since the mall opened, due to Internet sales stores like this are becoming obsolete. It's cool to come and shop old-school style."

"Dying store in a dying mall. Items disorganized and mislabeled. Signs designed to confuse even the salespeople to the point that entire lines of customers end up questioning every item at checkout. The checkout experience takes forever due to not enough employees and every price being incorrect from the tags or signs. Then there is the barrage of questions about trying to get customers to sign up for 4 or 5 different cards or programs before they even begin to scan items. Store is dirty and in disrepair needing major work on the floors, walls, paint, and ceilings. Customer service on the floor is non-existent. You may be able to find a deal on clearance for $10 off if willing to spend 45 minutes searching and standing in line."

"Man the store has gone down hill. Not the jcp I loved and worked at in 2010. So unorganized. Trash thrown in random spots, merchandise just thrown wherever. 1 person upstairs and he made sure to steer clear of any customers. Was very sad to see what the store has become. Whomever is running the show needs to do better. Womens dept was tidy but not 1 person in sight to ask for help so I left empty handed."

"Came in with my cousin and her husband and was very upset when we got to the register and was told the shirts we brought up were full price and not discounted as the sign told us. When we asked for a manager she was very rude and told us we were wrong and that every sign was correct. We went back and took picture of the shirts and the sign and she still refused to price correct them. When we were walking out she asked if we had a JCPenneys card?? Why would we get a credit card with them when they treated us like we were stupid? If the signs were right then the clothes were put in the wrong spot. For reference here are the photos of the signs and the spot we got the shirts from. Can definitely understand why the company isn’t doing well with management like that."
