"My experience was NOT Super. We were without an oven for 4 1/2 months despite numerous promises that the job would completed "soon", "tomorrow", "this week", etc. Communication is very bad with calls not answered or returned, the office doesn't seem to be aware of what's going on with service staff. Bottom line I was extremely frustrated throughout the process of making dozens/texts to get the job finished. I am grateful that $900 later my oven works in time for Thanksgiving. Blake, the technician, seems to know what he's doing and is nice enough WHEN he finally shows up. Next time I'll call someone else, do it myself or buy new. If you don't believe me check Better Business Bureau filings (I wish I had)."

"I don't recommend this freaking place i called to set a appointment got it all set up and even got to get off work to be there at the time they said they were going to go I called a few mins after I saw they still haven't had showed up they said they where running a few mins late they where going to try to go as fast as they could told them it was cool I understood and 2 hrs passed by and they never showed up !! didn't even call to let me know they wasn't going or nothing no more but still had the nerve to call me the next day to say there where on there way ?! this place sucks yall don't even waist yalls time here ."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. Bought a part with the correct part number on the box. Got it home and it was the wrong part. Ordered one online with the same part number and it was the right part. Came back and told George what happened, and had my receipt. He tried to tell me that the part has been “updated” and should fit. I told him the correct pump has 3 impellers and even showed him the old part I replaced. The one he sold me had 4 and wouldn’t fit. He wouldn’t give me a refund and was a jerk about it. I should have listened to all the other negative reviews. I hope you read them before going here. Stay away!!"
