"This is the only Niagara plant where we had great experience getting loaded. Arrived 4 hours prior to our pick up appointment, got the door right away, and then ROBOTS LOADED US. I guess removing dock workers really does the trick lol."

"Drive in, park, check in at kiosk, get door. They load with robots, so you have to empty everything out of your trailer. I told them I had a reefer and they loaded 44k, all in front of the 40' mark. So I was 35k on the drives with only 1/4 tanks of fuel, trailer axle slid all the way up. (32k on trailer)I have gauges, I KNEW I was over, but they still make you drive to get an official scale ticket just to rework it. I could understand needing a ticket if I was asking them to cut the load, but to just rework it is crazy. And the fact that I can't go to the office and talk to someone face to face is annoying. Even the windows on the gaurd shack are one way glass. Can't see in, they just send your bills out through a little door. The electronic system is efficient, until you have a problem that you need to discuss."

"This is the best place, from all Niagara places. Every time I come here to get a load, it's like IN n Out for me. In addition to this, they can take you early before your appointment time. I believe they work like FCFS( first come, first serve). Besides, you will get loaded with an Auto Forklift. It's smooth n classic when entering n exting to trailer."
