"Greeted with a smile, room was very nice, breakfast was hot and tasty with many options, and the shuttle driver was open to chatting on the drive to the airport! It was a pleasure staying here. I'll be back!!"

"I arrived at 12 a.m. to get some sleep on our adventure to St louis and was not happy but too tired to do anything about it. Bathroom was not very clean, crumbs all over floor throughout, dark red sticky stains on floor, and something was in trash. I seen the bed was made and comfortable so I slept and left! I hate to complain or I would have!"

"The pool was closed for cleaning. I specifically called to make sure the pool was open, and the receptionist answered in the positive. I reserved my room, and arrived 3 hours later. The pool was closed both for the night and the next morning. I went into the pool area to look, and the bottom of the pool was disgusting. It was completely covered with dirt and garbage. That didn't occur in one day. The receptionist lied to me, and that is why I don't stay at Hiltons!"

"Staff is great, hotel needs some updating. Carpeting in halls and rooms stained. Cushions on loveseat also stained. Shower heads blocked with mineral deposits."

"It's to be expected to have a little mustiness in a hotel with a pool, however we noticed this when we arrived that the vents all had black mold on them in the lobby. We overlooked that but when we got to the pool there was debris on the bottom and the water was Salty as if it needed treated. it was really gross. I felt like I was swimming in a pool of urine. There was no chlorine smell. I expected the next morning to be different since there was time to clean or add some chlorine but NO. THOUGH WE COME HERE EVERY YEAR NEXT TIME I THINK WE ARE GOING TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL WITH A SANITIZED SWIMMING AREA ."
