"I went to workout in the Fitness room and the cardio equipment was filthy, you could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I contacted the front, they apologized and said they would clean it right away. The next day, same thing, it wasn't done, contacted the desk again, different person. It took almost 3 days to ( somewhat) clean it. Also, you charge 9.50 for a yogurt cup! That is insane~!! How can you even begin to justify that. Coffee, toast and a yogurt cup 18.32!!"

"I would highly advise NOT staying at this hotel if you are needing to utilize their airport shuttle. After a long day of traveling, we waited over 60 minutes in loading zone 2 at the airport to be transported back to the hotel to get our car. I called for shuttle service at 3:03pm and got picked up at 4:08pm."

"An excellent, clean and comfy stay. Located in a shopping area, so plenty of food options within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night with the fire pit going. Front desk staff Danielle was beyond amazing! Super helpful with recommendations, and very friendly. I genuinely felt like she was happy to have us as guests there. She was apologetic for not being able to get us a room overlooking the shopping area. But from the backside of the hotel we were able to get some great views of the airport, which was actually perfect because my partner and I both enjoy plane watching."
