"Customer service very bad. My granddaughter lost her phone in the balls and they wouldn't even try to help. Just said that there was nothing they could do. Not so clean either. Will choose another one in the future. Spent over 100.00 for the grandkids to have fun..for that money should have gotten better service from those KIDS working there."

"I have been communicating for more than two months to cancel the membership. Multiple calls, messages and emails and none has been answered. If after this attempt if it is not resolved I will report it as a theft since its cancellation policies are a hoax."

"It gets incredibly busy during the weekends, but it is a great time. The staff is super helpful when needed. But if you are able to take your kids during the weekend, they are able to burn a lot of energy while having fun. Great time for adults too."

"Our kids and grandkids love going here! There is something for all ages and bouncing skill levels. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Equipment is well maintained and the facility is always clean. There is a Wipeout style mechanism, dodge ball, basketball dunk, many trampolines and a large inflatable bounce house course. There are plenty of pay lockers and also free shoe storage if needed There aren't enough seats for observing visitors near the equipment to keep an eye on the bouncers. I do understand the long, thin design of the building limits the design options but this is our ONLY input that isnt positive. Just an opinion."

"Busy! But fun, clean, staff available if needed. We had a 90min time slot which was more than enough time! Bring water!!!! Those kids get thirsty! Plenty of parking- I recommend doing online payment and waiver signing to not waste time while you're there. If you don't have the orange socks they are $6.00. The massage chairs are also da bomb! I almost fell asleep in one lol. $2/6 min!"
