"Second time being disappointed with them. Flower bouquets are over priced and product is terrible! I can’t even believe the condition in which they left them. Trusting them to make special occasions for your loved ones special is not a good idea. And to top it all off it’s an extra fee to have it delivered and the driver didn’t bring them til almost 8pm on Valentine’s Day. And dealing with management is hell on wheels."

"A family friend ordered an arrangement for my wife and I feel so bad that they paid so much of their hard earned money to show their appreciation only for my wife to receive tasteless slimy and half rotten fruit! I get that December isn’t the best month for fresh fruit but Edible Arrangements needs to figure that part out. The pineapple was rotten on the edges, the cantaloupe was slimy, and the honey dew was tasteless. Literally the only thing worthwhile was the strawberries and there was absolutely nothing special about them. Their prices suggest quality but what leaves their door suggests money grab with zero concern for the customer buying or the experience of the gift receiver! Don’t waste your money."

"We received a dozen chocolate covered strawberries as a gift and they were delivered exactly as requested by the givers, beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. Fantastic!"

"I ordered my mom a fresh fruit box and added teas, popcorn and cupcakes to her birthday gift. She took a picture and the fruit was missing. Called the local store and the rep called the driver. The driver did not pick up the phone, said the rep. The entire set was $66.90 and she only received half of it. Living out of state is hard to depend on services to follow through. I have not received a refund or a confirmation email for one, but I continue receiving emails to tip a driver who did not try to call me to share what happened to my full order. Ripping people off in a time like this is unreal! Since very unreal and unprofessional."
