His deceptive practices and continued scams ended up with a counter Claim law suit with a BIG win for us! Stay far away from this company and his other entities with his family! See pictures of the unwarrantable pool he put in and his hired out of a phone book contractors he never met. If negative star rating were an option it would be unlimited!"

"Other pool companies I had wanted to work with had long wait lists, almost a year which was why I chose Expert Pools. They could begin work within a few weeks. I should have taken this as my first sign of caution. Greg, my sales guy, was informed and nice to work with, and I felt like I got a good deal. The build itself was quick as I chose a fiberglass pool, so they dug a hole and dropped it in. It was October. Due to rain conditions there were delays out of their control and finished in December. HOWEVER, the mess that they created I'm still cleaning up. Debris in my yard and parkway, a total reinstall of my sprinkler system, and a concrete contractor who did a HORRIBLE job including pulling a massive concrete truck into my yard which broke the water main. They had to dig an 8 ft. hole in my front yard to repair it (at their own cost) and tore up my yard to the point I had to have an extra truck load of dirt brought in to fill in the damage. An additional $2,000 NOT in the contract that I DID have to pay for. Also, I learned after speaking to others that had built a pool, that MOST other pool companies will take caution when digging, and when they find the main arteries of your sprinkler system will leave the lines exposed and move them out of the way. I now have to do a total reinstall for $3,000. You have to agree to repair everything at your own cost so buyer beware!!! If you choose to go with Expert Pool - FIND YOUR OWN CONCRETE GUY!! Stay away from Joe Borracci!! I got the most basic pour, the lines in the concrete run in different directions, nothing pretty about it. My friends who went with Caribbean Pools have a beautiful smooth border, and small, decorative zig zag lines that looks professional, intentional and functional. I also needed a retaining wall built as a requirement for the pool and thought it would be easiest to have Joe do that as well to minimize contractors and I'm still waiting on him to complete the wall 7 months later. Other pool companies might be more expensive, but considering how much everything is costing me at the end of the day and still ongoing, do your due diligence or a better job than I did negotiating the scenarios listed above."
