"Some of my favorite items were out of stock. But one of the items I usually can't get delivered was in the store. I need my sugar free monster pops."

"Not really a smooth pickup. The phone number listed on all the signs for pickup had a full voicemail and no one would answer, the app wouldn't work right to check in so I had to go to the door and get someone to let them know I was there for the pickup there was no other way to let them know so if you want a smooth pull up, pick up and go... that sure wasn't the case!"

"These rang up at regular price. They told me the sign was a mistake and would only give me 1 at this price. Product numbers matched and the date on the tag said 9/12/23... Completely ridiculous on there part. They argued with me for about 8 min saying the box clearly states. Yes it does but it also has a tag with all the correct numbers says other. Even though I could prove my argument. I left with nothing. What am I supposed to do with 1 box wrap my big toe. Do better Merrillville Walmart. The decline in service and product available has only continued to decrease over there years. I'll be driving the extra time to go to a different location for sure"

"this was here for about a week. went in multiple times, have multiple photos and dates that this nasty chicken was sitting here. disgusting store. maybe it’ll be better now that the rotten sm steven isn’t there lmfao. just gotta get rid of those other good for nothing “managers” walking around acting like they’re doing something when they couldn’t even notice rotting chicken for a week."

"This is the absolute worst Walmart I have ever been to. And that says a lot as I hardly go there anymore. I rarely leave reviews but I feel it has to be done here. The fun begins at the entrance. Carts loosely thrown everywhere and they are all the way towards the back, and trash everywhere. The grocery section in this store is an absolute joke. They never have what you need and what they do have is thrown around and in complete disarray. Every aisle looked like a tornado hit it. Numerous times in the store I came across opened products, discarded, used/consumed products, trash loosely thrown just about everywhere, and item after item after item of destroyed inventory behind the shelves. Looks like they haven't cleaned the place in years. Employees here act like their time is too valuable to help you. The checkout at this store is a big problem. Lots of times, half of the store's self checkouts are closed, and random ones are sporadically closed throughout the section of them that are open. These machines are extra sensitive and always have problems causing an attendant to come over. And don't even get me started with how long that will take. Finally, once you are exiting the store, a lady asks to see my receipt. Meanwhile, numerous other customers ahead of us were not asked this, and other customers passing by weren't asked either. I was called "rude" by this lady just for not showing my receipt. On top of that, the receipt is printed on the absolute worst, cheapest paper possible, making it hard to read, so if there's any discrepancy with your transaction, the receipt will have either faded out or just been unreadable from the very beginning. I highly recommend you take your business to either Target or Meijer if you want to be treated better."
