"Went in to purchase wood for a project. Found everything I needed. Was going to purchase 4 4' x 2' sheets of plywood that was tagged at $8.99. I went to check out and it rang up for 16.99 I told the cashier it was tagged at 8.99 and she proceeded to scan the barcode and said nope its 16.99. She didn't seem to care at all. I chose not to purchase the plywood since it was nearly double what I intended. Don't shop here because apparently the condone bait and switch practices."

"Great selection, better than Home Depot or Lowes, but their 11% rebate system sucks: You have to print a form and mail the rebate receipts before a final date. You do not really get your money back, but a merchandise credit check you also have to spend before it expires!! It's purposely designed in a way that people won't bother unless they really made a big purchase and the rebate is worth it."
