"I am truly disappointed with how this establishment has gone down hill so quickly with the new management that’s recently taken over. The staff and team use to always be willing to help and be honest. Now, that is not the case. I boarded my dogs in October and like every time I’ve asked them to make a note to not wash the dogs bedding as it is the Newton dog bed (which is expensive) Well, they washed it and it tore the fabric. I didn’t notice until we got home and I was upset. Unknown to my knowledge, my husband called to talk to someone and they said they’d have someone call him back. When they did they said they’d give a 10% discount on our next stay. He said that was fine. Come around to when we boarded our dogs with them the end of December for the holidays I had confirmed the discount verbally when checking my babies in. While checking in and waiting I over heard how they were going to be short staffed in lodging, that the front desk girls were asked to come in and help and how they were going to refuse as that is not the job they signed up for. At first I was panicked for my babies but then was super upset because that means I am paying for my dogs to get extra potty/play time and they’re not getting it. This makes me wonder if they got any of that at all during their stay. I also never got the discount they promised us to top it all off. I’m beyond disappointed with this new management. I had a friend pick up my babies because I was worried that they would not get the care that they once received from this facility after the information I overheard. This new management is going to be the reason this place crumbles if something doesn’t change for the better."

"I would not recommend this place if you care to receive updates on your pets while they are boarded and transparency on their activities. I boarded my dogs for a week and expected a better experience for the price I was paying. I did not receive one update nor photos or videos during their stay. I called every other day to ask for updates and request photos/videos on their portal since this was my first time boarding with them, one of my dogs was on medication, and I paid for extra activities including group play, button play excursion, and a walk. The lack of transparency added unecessary stress to my trip and frustration with their service. In addition, they mentioned in the report card that my more nervous dog enjoyed getting pets from all his people friends. Now I know my dog well enough that he has an extremely tough time warming up to people and wouldn't accept pets from most so I question if this actually happened. At the end of their stay my dogs came home extremely thirsty which was also concerning. I did contact the manager to make things right after my negative experience and not receiving any photos/videos I requested. She offered to refund me for the excursion and walk and informed me that they don't normally send photos/videos from group play. Fine, its something, but still left a sour taste in my mouth since I've been noticing that its becoming industry standard for many pet care facilities to offer some sort or report, photo, or webcam access during daycare/group play even if there is an additional cost for it. If I would've known I was going to get the bare minimum service in boarding my dogs, I would have gone to a less expensive place."

"my pup gets grooming and baths at this location. He comes home groomed and relaxed. This means so much to me. I have had experienced other places that really change his attitude and I notice. I requested someone who is gentle with my 10 year old guy. They met me at the checkin and ask what service I needed, what shampoo if extra sensitive was needed, or if other services were needed. I am happy and they do a good job."

"Every time we go to Paws and Play I’m very pleased with our golden retriever’s grooming, bathing, and general care. The staff is always friendly and complimentary about our dog’s gentle demeanor. Jesse is who we use for Daisy- Jesse does a good job! For the price a grooming costs, I wish Paws and Play had treats to give our pets when we drop off. Would make it easier for the timid canines like our Daisy. Overall, I recommend Paws and Play!! The staff is friendly and kind and Jesse always does a great groom!"

"I love how the staff takes care of our pups like we would! We forgot to include one of our pups' important medications for their stay. We received a text notifying us of my error and they graciously helped make arrangements for us to bring the medication in after hours!"
