"I was on hold for 5 minutes, 40 seconds when I gave up and called back. My current call is at 7 minutes 47 seconds and counting. I guess I'll try somewhere else."
"Your pharmacists are very rude. I had surgery and long story short was not able to get my pain medication because they told my doctor I was on ciprifloxin. I had called them yesterday and told the young pharmacy tech I wasn’t on it and they did not relay that to my doctor. The last text I got said it was ready I went up there and they were so rude to me and treated me like a drug addict ! I know they’re in the middle of lawsuits and I’m a nurse so I know there is a lot of pressure on pharmacists. You guys may have A doctorate (three extra years of schooling ) but you are not medical doctors! if you can’t handle being a pharmacist then go home and do something else! I wouldn’t give you guys one star if I didn’t have to. Will be going to another pharmacy in the future"
