"The people are always nice and take good care of my car. Only 4* because it does usually take 30-50% longer than quoted to complete basic service appts and there are never loaner vehicles available anymore. I have to come from 1 hr away so even a basic service takes my entire day and I can’t use that time to even run errands in town while waiting. They do offer shuttle service but it’s limited and not conducive to optimizing time unless you have a local office/home they can take you to."
