"Here is one star that these people don’t even deserve, just so I can warn others. Beware of “hidden fees and diagnostics” , first time they told me I would owe a little over $600 for my truck repair, and then second time when I called to see if my truck is done , they said $1,050. When I came up there , they gave me a third quote of $1,784. You’re supposed to reach out to a customer and let them know what OTHER problem you found , not proceed to upcharge and fix things I am not aware of beforehand. On top of the rip off, this is HORRIBLE customer service. The woman at the front desk was as rude as can be. No one should be treated this way. Unprofessional, but it’s okay, rude or not, you got your well deserved negative review for all your lies."
