"This place is has really awful nurse staff. Made my child wait for his particular doctor to return or go to a walk in clinic to have his presprictions for an eczema skin cream refill. I wasnt even let known the doctor was out. I had to call and ask why the prescription (we had been getting refills for years at this point) wasnt sent over to the pharmacy at which point they let me know he was not in. They forwarded it to another doctor - whose name I will add in an edit - who said since he hasnt been seen in over year they refused to refill it They advised at 540pm to go to the walk in clinic. This is even though just 30 days ago we literally had it refilled and have been using this cream for years. Absolutely no care or emotion shown for my child who is frustrated and just needs some skin cream. We will be moving providers. I do not suggest this place."
