"I went to the ER here. I'm from Fishers, so I didn't know the area. I called ahead and they said there was no wait currently. They got me back within 10 minutes, and the nurse was so sweet. She gave me a warm blanket and a snack. I really wasn't very ill, but she was sure to make me feel comfortable. The doctor talked down to me a bit, but honestly I think he had pure intentions, I just kind of misinterpreted him. My results came back quick. Front desk staff was super sweet. Grateful for a positive experience."

"I’m basing my review on this hospital overall - including times I’ve been there before for whatever reasons. This visit was terrible! They put me in a dirty hospital room with blood on the floor in multiple places and on the counter. It was disgusting. The bed sheet was dirty and the nurse got an attitude when she told me to sit down on it and I asked her to change the sheet first. The ER doctor was rude and insensitive and completely uncaring! He did not listen to me. It seemed as if he was just rushing me out instead of even attempting to treat me. His attitude was poor, especially when it came to my son. The nicest person we encountered during this visit was the custodian! She came to clean all the blood off the floor and to wipe things down and empty the trash in my room. She was a sweetheart. I’m glad to know they have at least ONE nice person working there. I’d rather get treatment from the custodian than from the doctors or nurses there! TERRIBLE service! Other visits weren’t this bad, but I had to say something about this one. Last time, there was a man inquiring about his discharge paperwork so he could leave and get to work because he’d been waiting for it over an hour, and the nurse said “Umm if you haven’t noticed, we are extremely busy today.” as she was walking past him. I thought that was so distasteful. RUDE staff downtown!"
