"love this hospital but it’s so hard to find any parking and people are zooming through the parking lot to find a spot! need more pregnant/mommy parking spots. i’m 34 weeks and have to park far from the entrance most of the time."

"The midwife’s team is great. I am so grateful for them. but the delivery and post delivery room were a bad experience. When I got to the hospital they put me in a bedroom with a bathtub included (I wasn’t aware of the extra cost for it) where the toilet flushing handle keep getting stuck. And the couch for the visitor/support person had a big hole in it. After delivery they transferred me to another room smaller that was falling a part. One of the lights didn’t work, and even the little baby bassinet was wiggling The bed man… that was horrible. After having a child, had to sleep on a bed with a mattress low on air (were you can literally feel the hard and cold bottom of the bed) and the buttons of the side of the bed that don’t work to help you sit up. My tailbone was so messed up and the pressure from the hard bed was making me drop tears every time I had to sit up for the nurses so check the bleeding. We were never informed about the meal plans. And when we finally did I try to order something on the phone and the lady was so rude."

"My son was recently admitted to the peds unit. Everyone there was so kind to us. My only complaint is that they seemed very busy all the time. At one point they didn't come in to restart his IV after the antibiotics went through. We alerted them 2x and eventually had to flag someone down in the hallway. By that point his IV had gone bad and they had to put in a new one. And I don't think he should have been sent home when he was since he was barely eating and drinking but overall we had a good experience."

"Our experience here with the birth of our son was absolutely incredible and I couldn't imagine it could have gone any better at any other hospital. Every single nurse and doctor that helped us and took care of us was amazing. The staff that checked us in were great, friendly and helpful. The people in the cafeteria working hard so we don't have to go hungry. 10/10 would recommend having your child delivered here and would go back if we decide to have another down the road."

"I had my child here in January and it was a wonderful experience. The L&D nurses were so attentive. We even got a quiet dinner on our check out night. The nurses dressed my 5 year old daughter up like the Dr. And really calmed her for the experience. The lactation nurses weren't pushy like many other hospitals. Of course being Parkview a few days later we got to see our son's name on the billboard. :)"
