"Absolutely awful experience trying to reach a human. I've been in queue on hold 3 times now, each with a 20 minute wait time. I finally get to spot number 1 (every time) and when the operator goes to answer my call I am automatically disconnected. The third time I called back I got a recording saying they are closed in observance of Good Friday; it's Wednesday. I'm in line waiting again right now (4th time's the charm?). So far I have wasted an hour of my time trying to ask a simple question about my insurance. Update: The 4th time was the charm! If the calling experience is improved I'll change my review."

Their negligence and irresponsible policies costs their members thousands of dollars on a regular basis.
