"Upon arrival we were welcome and everyone up until the end of the eye exam was helpful and engaging. Once I walked out of the eye exam, I was asked to pay right away. This seemed odd as my wife's exam was minutes before mine and she was able to come out and look for frames, etc. I was not even asked if I was interested in looking at anything. It was almost like they just wanted us to leave. I'm only assuming this because of the switch from helpful and welcoming to "shuffle you out the door mode". I'd place this as 3.5 stars if that was an option."
