Everybody was extremely nice and helpful with my situation and they made me feel very comfortable at a time where I was extremely stressed. Also the office is very nice clean and well kept. I definitly reccomend going here if your looking for a new doctor"

"As long an appointment is scheduled, and paperwork prepared, then the services provided are excellent. I would only recommend to the company to decrease the frequency of reminders/notices schedulers are still currently busy/scheduling. It makes the waiting team seem longer than it is with the repetitive music and audios."

"Mary Jane is a terrible example of a heath care provider. I went into the walk-in clinic with a ear ache and a bit of sore throat, she did a streptococcal test which turn out negative so she couldn't help me. I left upset with no help, she said I would have to come back in a week or two if it didn't get any better and they could retest me. As the day progressed I was having stabbing pain in my ear. I noticed that there was nothing recorded about ear pain on my release form. I went back over there which is a 20 mile drive only to be told she didn't want to see me again. I went a couple miles down the road to Redimed which gave me a prescription for some steroids and was feeling better by morning. The patient advocate Shelby Koenes was another absolute waste of time and never mentioned the ear pain in the paperwork that she responded to me with. Won't be back..."
