"I took my iPhone 13 into the store today I has this facility was recommended to me. The gentleman working told me it would be $220 to get my screen fixed as it was cracked. I obviously needed it fixed so I said OK. A New Screen was put on in less than an hour. I went back to pay and he said if I have any problems to let him know, I went out to the parking lot and realized on my settings icon there was a notification. I clicked on the notification and it said “Display unknown part”. I could not seem to get it to clear so I went immediately back into the store. He said unfortunately there is no way to get it to go away. It will just have to stay there, but there’s nothing wrong with the phone. I would not have known to ask this question of this error message because I’ve never replaced my phone screen. Now I have a phone with a new screen but an error message that can not be removed. It would’ve been nice to know this prior to spending $235."
