"I’ve been seeing Dr. Kollipara since 2016. I was suffering with an illness that hasn’t been diagnosed yet. She has been very patient, caring and understanding. She worked all through Covid. When I had to go to the hospital, she was there, handling my care herself. I think she’s great!"

"I would give this place no stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with the doctor and I rated her a few months back. I thought that was the last I would hear from them but today I received a co-pay bill for almost 1.5 years ago. I called them because I always have to pay my co-pay for being seen for any service and this was so long ago. They said they had no record of a card receipt or a cash receipt. I said but my insurance requires me to pay on arrival and that's how I had done it for the other times and they said they could see that but for some reason I didn't pay this time. I said how would that make sense isn't it more likely you lost the receipt. They said they have no proof and they don't know who worked that day so I either paid or incurred interest. I ended up paying and asked them to never contact me again. Besides my own experience, while sitting in the waiting room waiting for my appointments, there was never a time I didn't witness an angry patient leaving frustrated or phone calls with rude front desk workers playing the same game I just went through. Just an absolutely terrible place and has made any other bad experiences I have had in the medical world seem like pure delights. I also don't really write many reviews, they are mostly for things I love. My experience was so bad that I felt the need to warn others of my experience because I wish I would have never gone."
