"My previous vet, and many more before, did not provide for the well-being of my dog. My large, once spirited dog, was reduced to diving under my chair in the lobby to get away from the staff at N Heritage Animal Hospital. After witnessing their other than kindly manner of handling my dog, I was on the search for yet another vet clinic. I was to the point of never providing another home for a dog due solely to enduring vet visits. I'm not sure when it became the norm to separate one from their pets during routine treatment - but I consider it to be detrimental to both owner and pet along with an overall decline in vet services. Brown's website, like many others, touts care and concern for one's pet above all else. That was as far as I had found care and concern with previous vets. My dog is a large rescue and can be aggressive if fearful, is usually muzzled and I wanted to ensure that this clinic could indeed handle such a dog. Such claims were made by other vets but never seen. I spoke with Brown's via Tele-Vet first. They responded quickly each time. Liking what I heard I personally visited the clinic. The staff was courteous and cheerful, took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. Prior vet experience still left me hesitant but I made an appointment to familiarize my dog with the staff, facility, obtain a check up and a flea preventative. Brown's has an exam room with an outside door entrance directly into that room. Someone was thinking outside the box on this one and other vets should take notice. This prevented me from having to take my dog through a noisy lobby with other people and animals present, already reducing his anxiety. We didn't wait in the exam room, as we had waited outside in the vehicle until the staff called us on the phone to come in. This further kept my dog in a less fearful situation instead of waiting in the lobby. Appointment was on time. The tech and vet entered, squatted down to my dog's level, and gave him his space. They spoke to me initially, not my dog. This had a calming effect on him and although he did initially growl at them, he was more relaxed than I had seen him before at a vet clinic. The staff here provided first for his well being, showed genuine care and concern for him and once he accepted their presence, then they provided for his treatment. I was more than impressed. Since he had not gone to the mysterious "back", I could see firsthand how he was being treated and exactly what services were being provided him. This vet hospital delivered on their promises and were true to their words. I delayed writing this review until after my dog's second visit to see if such service continued. It did. Along with a quality staff and services, Brown's website is informative and useful. Appointments can be made online. Messages can be sent and are answered in a timely manner. An online pharmacy is available and services provided are extensive. There is a clean and stocked restroom and refreshments are available. I could not be happier with Brown's staff and services. They have renewed my faith in the veterinarian industry and I now feel I can continue to provide a good home for future dogs without dreading the inevitable vet visit. It is worth mentioning that Brown's has an AAHA Accreditation. That is something to be considered. I find the standards of that accreditation to be maintained at this place. "Pet owner for 15 years and this is the best vet office I’ve been to. The space is clean and bright. The tech and the vet were amazing and gave my pup exactly what he needed. I have a reactive dog who has to wear a muzzle and he had two outbursts during our visit. The tech handled it perfectly and it was comforting for both of us. 10/10"

"Doctor brown is a very good vet. I've known her for years she helped me out for the first time with my Kitty cat . He had to have blood transfusion instead of using it cat they had she went and brought her cat in to give his Blood to Sylvester. She's a very kind with the animals and parents. She knows what she's talking about when it comes to the animals health is health emergencies . I could go on about her and her staff but it's best if you just go in and You're Fur baby to see what you think of herself."

"As I have 6 almost unreasonably large rowdy Rottweiler puppies, the staff had thier hands full with this bunch! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, addressed all of our needs, and got us in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Brown Veterinary Hospital to anyone."

"New location is nice and I love that there are 2 orange cats as the clinic cats! Had a cooler for drinks for clients, that was super nice and actually very much appreciated! I was told a different price but nonetheless it's still not as bad as other places and usually the care and consideration is pretty superb! NoNa (being a stray, it means "no name") was seen to be tested and is disease-free, worm free, vaccinated and now in foster care, but has an adopter who is so excited to meet her!"
