"Stopped in this location with my spouse and in-laws looking for a washer/dryer. Brody helped us out in the store and he went above and beyond to assist my family. He was incredibly kind and patient on top of being extremely knowledgeable of products and warranties/protection plans. Brody is an asset to this Best Buy team."

"I have had to stop in here 2 times recently, and both times, it was a 10/10 experience. The Geek Squad guys were able to diagnose my laptop's problems super quick. Then, when I went in to buy a 2-in-1 laptop/tablet, the gentleman in that section was awesome! He listened to my wish list and directed me to a few that met the criteria. When I had questions, he was knowledgeable."

"I have never seen a business the size and type like Best Buy in Terre Haute not answering it's local number and instead waiting 10-30 minutes on hold only to get answered by their call center. The call center seems unable to locate the package and cannot guarantee an arrival date. 1 employee answering the phone at the store would have been able to answer my question probably within 1 minute if they were standing anywhere close to where the pick-up area is located. I could have driven there from 16 miles away and at least would have been able to get an answer as to where my Galaxy Watch 6 was in the store. Best Buy, this is a failure on many levels. As a retailer of premium goods and services for over 20 years I can only offer 1 piece of advice to keep your business succeeding. If YOU don't take care of your customer then someone else will. You lose sales and service on that item. You might lose the customer. If Brick and Mortar stores are to succeed then please consider hiring someone who can answer a phone and page the proper department. If not, Best Buy will join Sears and KMart as entities that were too big to fail"

"Pre-orders not showing up day of order and not that it's this stores fault but you can't contact the store to talk about it. I have to talk to someone half way around the world who has the same amount of info I do. I'd love to know if the product I already paid for is coming today or next year but honestly I'd get as much info asking my 4 year old.. and she may be autistic so..."

"We were helped by a great guy...i just wish I remembered his name. We were looking for a new refrigerator and dishwashers. They had a few refrigerators we really liked. Free delivery is a great deal. They have the new cell phones everyone wants. Closes at 7pm. So be aware all the other stores around them close. Between 9 and 10pm. Check out the pictures."
