"Was offered 35% off my current purchase for signing up for kohl's card. Was told to select I agree button to confirm that I agree with what I was being told. After signing up I was denied the discount . Manager told me cashier told me wrong and 35% off was for next purchase and not for items that I was buying or any name brand items. However my credit incurred a negative hit because of the credit pull when applying for the card. We made a deal and they didn't uphold thier deal after I fulfilled my part. Should thier be a lawsuit here?"

"Extremely rude customer service. She was very short with me and did not offer any helpful assistance. I walked out. The line to checkout was about 20 people long anyway. Nothing about my potential purchase was worth all that hassle."

"I came on a day where they had really good deals and then I signed up for the card and got an additional 45% off. So instead of about $112, I spent $76. The shoe area was a mess from customers and I could only find one shoe in the size I wanted for my daughter, but she found something else anyway. The line was really long and I was mortified but it ended up going by very quickly and the customers were even super nice and it wasn't too crowded. They had some really cute ornaments and sales on men's clothes. Overall, it was a pretty good experience!"

"I bought a Bissell Crosswave from the Terre Haute store on 11/16/2022. I opened a new credit card with them that day so I could get the discount they were offering and then paid it off in cash right there at the register. It's now 2/19/2023 and they are still billing me the full price for that bissell that I had already paid off!! I sent them my copy of the receipt and everything after taking pictures of it and they are STILL trying to charge me plus interest! I spoke with someone about this about 5 different times and was constantly told they'd get this matter fixed and obviously it STILL hasn't been resolved as they are still harassing me. I do not recommend this store and I do not recommend getting a credit card with them. Pictures of receipt are attached. Definitely going to make some remarks on the BBB' s site."
