"While the store is pretty clean and the products are a decent price, the customer service here is absolutely horrendous. No tact, no courtesy, no care for their jobs. Snappy, snarky and just down right rude manager and employees. They treat you like helping you is an inconvenience rather than what they're being paid to do. Will not be going back."
"Be sure to ask about their 30 day return policy which after even with receipt and unopened or damaged product in any means they deny it. Yet it does not state this on them so welcome to no not santa cluas...it's Mr.Hiddencalas. Took my items gave me gift card after saying 3xs just give me them back and I'll sell on facebook so can get my cash back. Cause if they do not know or cannot properly consume the products in demand which in my case it was returning hotwheels. It was a 1-6 set and they had hundreds lots of varieties there forsure. But not one, unorganized, nodda hotwheels in the store and havnt been for months. So after my recent experience I would advise all consumers to avoid big lots so ya do not get ripped off. Told them i collect hotwheels and besides that they have not I want so the cards of really no use and then they took the cars I asked for back so pretty much stole them in a way. Never again big lots is just a big pain in the back spot haha"
