"I attempted to make an appointment (a simple initial telephone consultation) on three separate occasions. I was sent a video link for the first two and logged in on time. No one ever showed up. I later found out those two appointments were never "confirmed" by the therapist. After the second time I was stood up, I called and spoke to a representative. This rep assured me that someone would reach out to me in 24 hours. That never happened. He gave me a number to text in case I didn't hear from anyone. I texted the number....no response. To this date I haven't heard from anyone at Jl Family Services Ltd after 4 attempts of obtaining services. Such a waste of my time, and I imagine my experience is not unique. I'll be switching my search to somewhere more that wants the business. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!"

In the years since, she has proven to be consistently thoughtful, attentive, and observant to my needs, areas for growth, and desires for therapy.
