"Groomer always does a great job on our little shihpoo, Bella. Professional & best of all, a very calm shop! Highly recommend to my friends!"
"They did a great job grooming but lost one of my dogs collars."
"Wonderful grooming staff. Very pleased with the services and will definitely be back!"
"This was our first time taking our dogs to Petco for grooming. Our groomer retired and trying to find a caring groomer has not been easy. When I brought my shaggy boy in to Tiandra for his first groom with her, she found one of his paws to be infected from an ingrown dew claw. I took him to the vet to have it looked at and before I even left, she called me to check on him. She was so sweet! He got his antibiotics and is on the mend and his new friend has checked in on him once again since then. I hope that Petco knows they have a gem! Thank you Tiandra."
"Stopped in to get advice on a few different products my partner and I were looking into. It was difficult to find an employee, and when we did, they were very quick to say they were out of what we were looking for. We decided to look around for our cats favorite food dish, in which lead us to a similar product to the one we were looking for. After being in the store for roughly 10 minutes, a lady walked up to us and informed us they had been closed for awhile and recommended we check out. We apologized and informed them their holiday hours sign out front said we had another hour before close, they just said a cashier can see us at the front. We (regretfully)checked out, and left unimpressed with their food selection, and feeling unwelcome. (The product we did find seems to be working, and we are glad we found that during this experience.) If you are the manager reading this, my partner and I apologize for causing a disruption in your employees closing routine as we were unaware your closing preparations started an hour before your store closes. We also apologize for showing minor accounts of PDA, for we understand we need to be more mindful of those around us still. The idea was mine to go to your store as a means to cheer my boyfriend up after he had a rough day. We know now we are unwelcome in your store, and we will continue to shop at other locations."
