"I really like this store. The location works well for me, as I frequent multiple businesses in the immediate area. There's a large selection of dog toys for my sharp toothed chewer. The type of toy pictured lasts multiple days before giving up the stuffing. And that's commendable when pitted against my destroyer. Staff is helpful and welcoming."

"My recently acquired 10 year old golden retriever was groomed at the Chapel Ridge location. She looked amazing when she was done. She was happy when she came out, and the grooming they were able to do with the "combing" really did reduce shedding for several weeks! I definately recommend them for grooming needs (wash, cut, nail grinding, cut, etc). And, have been able to find food needs as well."

"We tried the grooming here and it was just okay. We booked once and no problem. We booked again 6 weeks in advanced and they cancelled the appointment less than 24 hours before due to “scheduling issues.” The soonest they could get us in after was 2 weeks, which was frustrating. Our dog came out clean and safe, so there are no issues on that end. The store itself has a lot of improperly housed animals and a lot of misinformation about care. They do offer a wide range of products for a variety of animals, which is helpful."
