"My Mom brought her dog to get groomed. When I picked her dog up I looked around and they weren't cleaning the area that well. Different doghair around. My mom found a tick on her dog had to bring it to the vet to get removed. Cost her over a hundred bucks. She called the owner and he start screaming and hollering and cussing her. Told her that he had a clean business. My mom told him she didn't have to listen to all the cussing and screaming and hung up. This is no way to run a business. You don't talk to your customers like that."

"I really wish our experience had been as great as others have mentioned. We left our dog from 12/23-12/29 and left enough dry food and just enough wet food for his stay .the food was not nearly as empty as it should have been. This is not the first time we board our dog but this was our first time here. He was to get a bath but he smells like pee because his bedding is soaking in pee ..even if he had an accident while being there it would not have been soaking on one accident … it saddens me to think that our boy was sleeping in his soaked bedding. Needless to say his bed and blanket are going straight to the trash. The pictures don’t do it justice, from video you can tell the amount of pee. The smell was not from one accident"

"Awesome people. They are friendly and really care about your pet. Would definitely recommend. They did a wonderful job with my Labradoodles. When I got my dogs they had been severely neglected and were in terrible shape. The staff did a terrific job getting the matted fur off, and did their nails and the pads of their feet. I will definitely be back when needed."
