"The staff at the front desk was efficient and extremely kind. The whole place was very clean. It was definitely a great respite near the end of a long trip."

"We came to this motel. We do Hampton Inn a lot. They have Higher standards than some motels. We came here, and the hallway was all dirty. When we walked down got to our room it smelled very bad. The chair was stained up wallpaper peeling off no door on the bathroom we took showers and we’re getting ready to go to bed. Pull the covers back, and there was a bug crawling in our bed. We packed up and left, told them and left. They will not give us our money back. We did try to discuss this with you and you would not help us!!"

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I am NOT a smoker. My husband smokes but he ONLY smokes outside. They supposedly found a cigarette bud in the shower and charged my account $100 and then $100 magically appeared on my charge card! They refused to give me a number to a corporate office stating that it is franchised out and will send an email. I’m still waiting to hear from such person."

"Just passing thru here headed back home. The service especially during breakfast was incredible! All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks for making my quick stay in Mississippi a pleasant one!"

"Location good, plenty of food options in the area. Staff friendly. Keyless entry wasn't working. AC unit in room loud and inefficient. Cheese omelette at breakfast was still frozen in the middle. Good coffee. Lots of potential. Hope they improve."
