"I have been to a lot of these but this was my first visit to this store today. It was very uncomfortable and when asking the cashier a question about pricing and why it was less in app she literally showed an attitude about it. Also not knowing there is a DG app?? It’s your job! I doubt I come back to this one unless to update reviews. I’d definitely work on the customer service, so while people check out and pay they aren’t uncomfortable asking questions. Literally a cashiers job is to be welcoming and not make a person never want to come back!"
"Horrible!!! Nobody was in sight when we were ready to check out. Finally found two employees talking on the other side of the store. Made the mistake of asking if one could ring us up. Several eye rolls later, one came over muttering under her breath. I said, "Pardon me, I didn't hear what you were saying." Lord have mercy , if looks could kill. Neither one should be working there. PASS THE PLACE UP!"
