"Dr. Reddy was wonderful. Very good at explaining processes, procedures, medications. Very concerned with my medical health. Was very informative. Would recommend her 100% However, the medical assistant who came out to retrieve me from the lobby to then get me ready for the doctor was very rude. In appropriate demeaning made me feel like I had done something wrong. Even though I had not all because the check-in process downstairs in the lobby took two long. I was still clearly on time for my appointment. She upset me so much. It raised my blood pressure ridiculously and I could not calm it down because she continued to come back into the room verbally pushing at me even after I asked her to back off once the doctor came in and she removed herself, there was no other issues . I did not tell any of this to the doctor for this simple fact. The doctor is busy and I wanted the doctor to focus on my medical not on the poor behavior of her medical assistant."
