"What an experience! The way she addressed the nurses prepping for surgery was unprofessional. Can’t be late for a meeting! She upset the nurses which was verbalized in front of us! Doesn’t make a family member comfortable right before their loved one goes to surgery when it’s already stressful. The aftermath was far worse than any of us expected or were prepared for and her empathy when it was brought to her attention..zero! A phone call after surgery that she got everything. The follow up, oops we need to do another procedure didn’t quite get everything. To a week later..oops we did get everything and you don’t need another procedure! At this point how do you trust anything that has been said or done?"
