"I'm a previous patient for individual counseling that wanted to look into couples as well as family and possibly for my sons. The website is extremely incorrect with the information because when I called to see if I could make an appointment for family counseling the lady asked me what it was and then that they don't offer any services other than individual counseling, never have. Is that not false advertising?? Was hopeful my search was over...guess not back to shopping..."
"Very Disappointed Ran into confusion with insurance coverage. Was told facility and provider were in network and then the facility didn't bother to actually vet or process anything I gave them before the appointment until TWO WEEKS after first appointment was complete. I then found out that I was given incorrect info when Jen (the office person) called and told me that my fees would be about 5 times what I was expecting. The office person then tried to blame me for the bad information and this was my fault.(not exactly the way I was taught to solve a problem with a customer, but that's was I was told believe it or not) I discovered that not all of their providers are listed in network even though the location is on my insurance and insurance told me from both of my plans that the facility and provider were covered. After getting blamed for the confusion again, and not getting any attempt beyond "oh, we will try to get the rest of our providers submitted to the in network listing but who knows how long that will be" I gave up. When people come to you with real problems and need real time solutions, at the very least a little compassion or empathy would be nice. I didn't feel I received either from the office person I spoke to. I told her we would cancel everything and not come back, and she didn't even hesitate to be fine with that. So in reality, I discovered that sadly, its about the money and that's it. I can't recommend this company and I am very disappointed that we wasted our time to get charged a chunk of money for basically nothing. But hey, I got to feel worse about not getting care for someone that needed it, so there's that! Thanks for nothing!"
"The staff is friendly and did a great job engaging my daughter in conversation as well as me. They were very good about working around or crazy schedule as well as trying to get appts on similar times to make it easy for us. (A real challenge with our schedule! Lol) they were super friendly and understanding in the process. Our therapist was also very nice and good at finding common interests with my daughter to help her open up. I'd definitely recommend them!"
"The 3 star is primarily because of the counselor and how he helped my child. This would have been lower of not because of him. My child's counselor has been very helpful. My child actually enjoys him a lot. I'm not fond of the front desk personnel as she seems that scheduling appointments is very inconvenient for her. I do not disagree that appointment scheduling is a nightmare. Thankfully there hasn't been too many issues for rescheduling, but when there are, you are certainly looking at at least 4 weeks out from your original appointment date."
