"I will never use camp Scotty again!! My boy Duke was there for 5 days, when I picked him up I was told he had an accident on his bed,, he doesn’t have accidents, so I left without his bed and the 17 lb bag of food he went with, the boy can eat but between both my dogs they don’t eat that much in 5 days,, we had to bathe him as soon as we got home because he had poop and pee on him, that’s not ok!!!!!"
"This place was OK. I had no other choice. The building is run down and it didn't give me a super good vibe. It felt like a puppy mill. They said they would walk my dog every 3 hours and I am convinced they didn't walk him at all, or at least it not every 3 hours. It had to be more than 8 hours. I have a standard poodle and he can hold his pee for more than 6 hours and his bed was completely soaked in pee, it had two different pee spots. This was just a secure place with a roof to leave my dog. Not very pleasant."
"I am a dog sitter and transporter, and a regular client of mine attends Camp Scotty multiple times a week. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and every pup I see come in and out of there always looks so happy."
"Been coming here for years and my dog loves it. I’ve used day care and boarding services (including long term) with no issues. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The new renovations and expansion were a great upgrade to the facilities."
"Normally not one to leave poor reviews but I can’t let this one slide. The first two issues were irritating but I tried to let them go given it was a busy holiday weekend. They lost his blanket I brought with my dog, and I also had to wait 15+ minutes for them to go to the back and retrieve my dog, and I was the only one in the lobby. Nonetheless I tried to overlook these issues. But when I got my dog, it became unacceptable. He had mud and dirt on his face and back legs. Poop smeared on his butt. Something yellow, presumably piss on his rear leg. And an open sore on his elbow that was not there when I dropped him off. Small things I can overlook and chalk up to a busy holiday weekend but leaving my dog covered in dirt, poop. and pee just doesn’t sit well with me. For $40 a night I expect my dog to at least come home as clean as he came in and without an open sore. I called to ask about the sore and the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. Will not be trusting them with my dog again."
