"Room was clean and smelled good. Although there was a stain on the towel, the TV had damage to it, and the curtains were not black out…it was 100% worth the price and I would stay here again. They offer Dove products for the shower which was a really nice touch and it’s a great location. I recommend staying here."

"Definitely want stay there anymore. The bed was hard I had paid on line for first floor room but had to end up with a 2 and floor room had to climb stairs with all my stuff an I have a bad back problem. There ad advertised hot breakfast but had nothing but juice and apples an cool biscuit left not eating went to a McDonald's instead plus they put a 50 dollar charge on my card still don't know why but will get it back in 10 days ."

"I’m writing this in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else and to warn other tenants to never leave your expensive devices in your room when you leave it, even if it’s just for a little while. My $300 gaming console was misplaced by the housekeeper named Doris. She claimed that she cleaned the room out, put my Nintendo switch in my personal bag, and left it in their front office. I returned to my room after visiting my family to a completely cleaned out room as well as all of my personal belongings completely gone. I paid for two nights here, which I have receipts for, so there was no reason whatsoever that my belongings should have been removed at any point during my stay. The girl at the front desk gave me my bag, to which my clothes were in, but no gaming console. We have since reported the gaming console stolen as well as spoke with an Officer about an investigation to be held. Again, I am reminding everyone to not leave any expensive items as well as anything that is sentimental to you in your rooms. This happened on Thanksgiving which is really unfortunate. This device was therapeutic to me in many ways and it hurts me to know that people’s dishonesty gets in the way of true humanity. I will delete this post once I’m reimbursed or if I get my personal belongings back. If the manager wants to personally contact me (he/she wasn’t here tonight) so I wasn’t able to talk to her, only the girl at front desk was available. I DO however want to thank the sweet girl at front desk for being so kind and patient with me as well as speaking with the officer. Things will get handled and yes, property can be replaced; but negligence as well as property misplacement and theft on a count of an employee is not cool. I also want to state that the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. Just don’t bring your expensive items. Much love. Update, still no sign of my personal belongings that were stolen from me. It’s funny how the owner can respond to all the other reviews besides mine. This place is a joke. Do not stay here."

"What a nightmare!!! We booked the room on Priceline because it was great location. BUT, we were given a key to room. Key turned green but door wouldn't open, then a man opened the door!!@ (^#@@!! I go back to front and she goes to investigate! I asked could she give us another room first and she said no! So after waiting, we found out it was the owners brother. Ok!! Really!! Not over yet. We leave our bags to shop! Close to gr eat stores!!. Come back and the toilet in room wouldn't flush! I called the desk and she starts in with we have only one more room, let me check at this point, I'm over it because the water is turned off at bottom to stop it from running ( meaning someone knew it was broken. ) Too late its 11pm. Then I SAW A ROACH!!!! Not even going to mention. a joke! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE@!! The service was the worst!!! Life happens but it's how you handle it. Ramada Inn at Wyndam should make guests feel like they are priority. Shaking my head!!"
