"Room was dirty. One picture frame on wall was cracked. Stains on floor, walls, and curtains. Bathroom sink faucet handle was loose (as in turned 360 degrees loose). Shower curtain had stains. Shampoo container in shower was dirty. Everything about the room just felt gross. No bedding in the room for the pullout sofa bed. Staff was friendly and breakfast had a decent selection. Wouldn’t stay here again if passing through the area due to the gross factor of the room/bathroom."

"Reservation 2nights with family of 4adults,2teens,1infants on 3rd floor *Check in good *not enough towels for all the recorded guest on reservation *no sheets or pillows for pull out sofa had to go to front desk myself to get *found blood spot on top sheet covering called desk I had to take it off and take it to front desk to get replacement * roach in room (only seen 1) * bathroom had a handful of wig hair or pet hair under sink on shelf hanging *half the night we listened to room above us allow there kids play jungle gym *breakfast we went to Waffle House * we left hotel 8am-830pm *came back to hearing the jungle gym again this time I called desk to complained NOTHING WAS DONE So our infant was kept awake from the noise of the jungle gym * complained again in person at desk and was told there is nothing that could be done about the noise and that the people were just coming in lol What a Lie!!! The guy on Front desk is pure lazy and not helpful Ask for a credit or refund and was told I would not get one .. so I’m being truthful of my experience I am a GM of a hotel myself so I was being nice with all my issues but when treated like crap (nicely said) as a guest you deserve to have a the word vomit of my stay with all the issues"

"Rooms were horrible! Holes in the floor & ceiling. Bare bones furniture…no end table or coffee table. Dirty, stained hide a bed sofa. Only 2 towels provided. Asked for a non smoking room & we got one that smelled terrible, and there was an ash tray in the room. DONT STAY HERE…EVER!!!!"

"I give this hotel a 0 cause my boyfriend was down last week working night shift did not get off until early morning came in while trying to sleep during the day it was very loud in the hall ways. Did not get much sleep had people banging on the door threating to kick the door in while we was trying to sleep at 11:25 am. Cause he had to work night shift like I said we also seen Roach bugs in the bathroom witch is nasty. On the last day of him staying there was very loud he got woke up to kids and adults being very loud and running throw the hall ways while he was trying to sleep cause he there for again had to work a night shift. Don't recommend anyone to stay here at all."

"Need to update the decor!!! But if you need usb plugs, they got them. Pool looked clean and kept up. Elevator kinda scary so I took the stairs after the first time. It wasn't a horrible experience but I've been to better Comfort suites.."
