"They're always 15-30 minutes late getting you in for your appointment. The Optometrist is in a big rush to get your prescription done. The lab that grinds the lenses is slow and prone to put defects in the lenses. I went years ago, and had a pair of lenses with a swirl right in the center of my field of view. I told the technician, I showed the technician, she just said I'd get used to it. The Dr prescribed a set off "Computer" glasses for me that were so over magnified They always gave me headaches. Thank God I changed jobs and Insurance companies and got a good pair shortly. Now I'm back again, old VSP insurance. I told 3 technicians and the Optometrist that I had two newer prescriptions since my last visit with them. But they sure seemed hung-up on starting from my 5 year old prescription they had done rather than seeing where I am now. Three weeks for my glasses and they are almost un useable, Tech is going to have them re-ground to change the progressive zones, but even with the right zones one of my eyes is not close. Don't go here."

"I have been going to Midwest Eye Consultants for three going on four years. My experience there has been great, everyone is very nice and helpful, my wait time has always been less than 10 minutes to go in the back for my eye exam! "Service has gone downhill at this place over the years. The whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish. Waiting time was extremely long. During the appointment, I overheard them loudly expressing their annoyance about the clients that were coming in for their appointments. Downright complaining about appointments THEY scheduled for the services THEY provide at the job THEY applied to work at. Then, I called to pick up my glasses and the lady that answered said we didn’t need to make an appointment to pick up glasses and that they would be open until 5pm on Friday. I show up after work at 4pm and they were closed. There was a lady who clearly saw us pulling up, locked the doors and then went back inside. I will absolutely not be going back. One of the most unprofessional places I’ve been."

"I cannot thank Jeanelle enough for making sure I left more than happy! She taught me how to find the best measurements for my frames based on my personal preference for fitting. "I came with my mom today and the customer services this place offer is outstanding! Nikki & Sophie treated us with QUALITY service. They truly exceeded our expectations as a customer. They were both was very sweet, had full knowledge on their tasks, and explained everything clearly on every questions we had. Nikki was very polite and greeted us with a smile. For Sophie, not only did she helped picked out glasses for my mom, she went out her way and exceeded my expectations by collecting the glasses that she thought would fit my mom and had her tried them on and gave feedback on each one! The duration of the appointment took less than an hour, which is again, OUTSTANDING! Out of all the places I have went to, this place definitely deserves a 5 STAR! Feedback for Improvements - I would recommend implementing procedures on cleaning the tools and seats after each use. You guys may already have, but I did not see anything being wiped down."
