"Lotta Biden voters here. Range master is not clear on what he expects but continues to grab hold of your attention while shooting. Not safe. Says I'm not slow enough. Doesn't like how I'm holding it. Now wants mags loaded in the cage where before they wanted you to keep ammo back at the back. I, nor any of my range buddies have ever had problems at any other ranges compared to this one. We have all been back and forth on this place. I'm never going here again. I want a safe shooting experience and will gladly pay more to have better range masters."

"Went in for the first and last time today. Zero of the roughly 10 people working spoke a word to my group. Well, until we left anyway. Walked to several counters with sales people behind them and not a single “hey, how are you?, can I help you with anything?” Nothing. I’ll spend my money somewhere as a customer, I am appreciated."

"I have a membership and enjoy the range time. It's a good deal if you use a range more than once a month or if you want to bring someone with you and share the lane. The free gun rental is nice if you want to try a different gun, you just need to buy their ammo to shoot through it. They are a little high on gun and ammo cost. Not outrageous but you can get better deals shopping around. A couple of weeks ago they had a s&w equalizer on sale for $459. Good deal. The wife and I went back the next day to buy one for her and told the sales guy what we wanted, did all the paperwork, second guy comes over to verify and completes the sale and tells us it's 570+ dollars and we say no it's on sale. He pulls the price tag out of the case pulls the sale price off and says the sale ended yesterday and some people are just too lazy to remove tags do we still want it. I will not buy a gun or ammo from them."

"This was my first time going to the shooting range. I’m a newbie and you could definitely tell. Me and my boyfriend went in the range the first time, and I heard the shooting and walked out because I was nervous lol! The Representative Bryan was sooooo helpful that he had my boyfriend come and get me to go back in the range for the second time. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and allowed me to go back for a second round. When he explained the second gun which was a 22, I rented thst one and felt more comfortable. Bryan went above and beyond! If you need great assistance, Bryan is your man at the Greenwood Range USA!!"

"Purchased the membership so my girlfriend could get the ammo bag they are offering and they refused to give us one. Horrible store go to any other range beside this one, and before you respond telling me to “file a ticket” I did and am STILL waiting to hear back from it. Great customer service. You guys suck"
