"Staff is rude as hell. During checkout, the clerk asked if she could have my phone number. I said no. She asked why and I told her I didn’t have to give her a reason. Then she just shoved the bag at me and turned her head. No one is entitled to my personal information. The 15% off isn’t worth unsolicited calls or texts. The Hot Topic across the hall did the same thing with the same unprofessional attitude."

"This store is always so clean and organized. The staff also always greets me upon walking in and they are very helpful and friendly. If I had to say one not so good thing about this location, it’s that you can’t exchange and/or return items from the outlet at this store (I guess this is more of a tip). However, I would recommend this location and will return in the future."

"I love this locaation because of the honesty and integrity that was displayed the other day during my visit. I had left my bag with my credit cards and a few dollars in it for at least 15 minutes. I later noticed and ran back to the store and got my belongings back with everything inside."
