"Brought my daughter to get a top she wanted. Could see it from the window. Was told at 7:48pm (close at 8pm) by the employee/young girl at the door they are closed today. Hmmm.. interesting . I see other shoppers in there shopping and browsing at clothes."

I was VERY impressed with the quality of plus size clothing and how reasonably priced it was. The staff was really sweet as well. I will highly recommend this store to anyone !!!"

"Whoever said the clothes are low quality needs to get their head out of their ass. Forever 21 never fails to disappoint me and my friends, who range from 90 pounds and pear shaped to 147 pounds. Their clothes are ADORABLE and have such nice prices. The store is pretty clean for probably one of the most popular parts of the mall, and I've never had any issue with the staff besides one of the ladies being a bit quiet (but still friendly and helpful!) Just yesterday I got the cutest baby blue dress for $12, and it was marked down. Don't get discouraged by a price tag, because they constantly have discounts and mark downs."

"This store had a great variety of low quality clothing. Teens and young women like to do here because there are so many different choices in styles, sizes and fabrics. The store is very large and there is an equally large dressing room. There is never a like to try on things in the dressing room. The only down side is, there is usually a good wait at the check out lane."
