Rack Room Shoes

"This was our first stop searching for new shoes for my husband. The store was very hot and difficult to maneuver through because there were boxes everywhere. Selection was lacking and they seemed to be low in stock. Every time we found a pair that might be ok they didn't have the right size. I started to notice they only had a few sizes in each pair of everything but not all. Variety was slim as well. It seemed like they only had neutral or nude colored shoes. This is not the place to go if you like bright shoes with any designs. We left and didn't purchase anything. We we pretty disappointed. We probably won't go back. We went to shoe carnival up the street and were much happier."

"It's a shoe store. They have lots of shoes. They run BOGO sales all the time so that's good. It always seems crowded like they are in the middle of a restock. The employees are mostly young kids that are only slightly mature. I wouldn't not shop here."

"I'm trying to buy a purchase.. Got two young girls there ringing up on the same register working together line backing up & Store Manager Did Not want to Assist or Open up Another register!! She says we only use 1 register even though there's three people in the Store and, people are doing exchanges while you're trying to Buy purchases you still got to deal with standing in the same line for refunds!!! Poor Service "not impressed " whatsoever with the Store Manager's Attitude talk to her personally Non-carrying all she cared about is stocking freight on the shelves..."

"Pretty fair prices on shoes... My first one was in Florida.. Good selection... Tho as the norm these days at shoe stores you really can't get someone who will help with some actual shoe selection.. I did have one employee help me with the foot measure thing... Not saying anything bad about the employees... The ones that had interaction with were very friendly! Yes i will continue to be a shopper here!"
