"Dr. Elsamad and his team are great. No complaints about the level of care whatsoever. They are vested and interested. That said, the wait times are ridiculous. I bring my mom here who has dementia. There has never been a time that we come that we haven't had to sit and wait. Sometimes for more than an hour/ hour and a 1/2. They say it's because they believe each patient "deserves the best care possible". Then why not just schedule more time for each patient? Obviously that's what you are going to provide anyway. My poor mom falls asleep every single time while in the waiting room. There's got to be a way to improve on this point."

"Great doctor and staff. WORST wait times. I don't think my wife or I have ever waited under 90 minutes past the appointment times. May want to consider beds instead of chairs in the waiting room... So patients can nap while waiting. Longer wait time... 2 hours 20 minutes and we left because there were still several patients ahead of us. Over-booking champions at the Merrillville office."

"I seen 3 other DPM'S before I seen Dr.Elsamad but Dr.Elsamad was the only one who gave a back ground on his self he also was the only one who was concerned about the fact that I had Diabetes with a vey out of control hemoglobin A1C so he wouldn't perform surgery until I got my hemoglobin a1c down because he knew that the chance of me not healing and infection rates for me were very high because of my a1c he's a DMP but he helped me understand the importance of that and because of him it's down he performed my surgery which was a Plantar fibroma Removel Bunion Removel all at once with no complications he don't just say he specializes in Diabetes he does his staff is great always very pleasant I have became friends with him and his staff office is always.clean and they always answer questions and fill out paper work for employers and insurance company very promptly.I have sent several friends to him and they were just as satisfied as me."
